  Due to the one-shot nature of the mass production process, it is difficult to manufacture only a finished sample separately in advance. If you need a sample for photography, please consult us about alternative options.

• Are your manufacturing facilities GMP-certified?

  We can select either GMP-certified facilities or general manufacturing facilities according to your preference. At GMP-certified facilities, all processes from raw material receipt to manufacturing and shipment comply with strict quality management standards set by Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Good Manufacturing Practice) to produce safe, high-quality products.

• Can you show the factory’s GMP qualification or certificates?

  The manufacturing facilities are indeed GMP certified; however, from an information management and confidentiality standpoint, we generally refrain from public disclosure. During individual meetings, we can present certificates and related details to the extent possible.

• Do you perform microbial testing (total viable count, Escherichia coli, and coliform bacteria)?

  Yes. Microbiological tests for total viable count, E. coli, and coliforms are conducted after bulk production. We enforce strict quality control standards to ensure product safety.

• Is it possible to tour the manufacturing facility?

  Factory tours may be restricted due to hygiene management and confidentiality. If you would like to visit, please let us know your purpose, and we will accommodate within the feasible scope.

• What is NMN?

  NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide) is a form of vitamin B3 that is converted in the body to NAD+, a coenzyme involved in energy production and cellular repair.

  We guarantee high purity of 99% or higher.

• Is the bottle cap color the same gold as the sample?

  Yes, the gold color of the bottle cap will match that of the sample.

• Any points to note for the backside labeling of rigid boxes?

  Backside labeling of rigid boxes must include basic information in accordance with relevant laws such as the Food Labeling Act: product name, seller’s name and address, and a contact point (phone number or email address). Depending on the product category, other items such as ingredients list, net quantity, best-before date, storage instructions, allergy labeling, nutrition facts, and country of origin may be required. • How can we review the design data after it is finalized?

  We will provide the design data in a format such as PDF for your review. After you review it, we will make revisions as needed.

• If we perform color proofing again, will additional costs be incurred?
